Services

Occupational therapy is client-centred and aims to assess and facilitate growth and development in all spheres of life. This includes working with our client directly as well as families and caregivers. OT focuses on nurturing the best quality of life you can achieve through harnessing your potential and cultivating meaningful activities. So what brings you to my page? Perhaps a teacher, psychiatrist or psychologist has suggested that OT would be beneficial…but what is that? And what does that entail?

Owner

I have worked in government hospital settings, higher education, an acute psychiatric clinic and am now running my private practice with a focus on school-based OT and consulting for a mental health facility. I strive for patient-centred therapy, meaning working together with the child and parent to ensure optimal care!
Outside of work, I love being outdoors in nature, being creative (so be prepared for activities that may involve out of the box ideas), working on my home and reading.
